The Colorado First Response Coalition is dedicated to supporting both individuals & groups who fully commit themselves to the safety of our communities.

Our mission & commitment is to serve local mountain rescue, fire and law enforcement agencies. In doing this, we work to collaboratively integrate into a system in need. CFRC is passionate about working together to discover how our team can best serve your department in connecting to strengths and resilience, placing emphasis on group cohesion and increased tolerance for the profession & all of its demands.

When we direct our attention toward resilience,
